Description:
Sumptuously sweet after-dinner fortified wine. Finely blended chocolate richness with dried fruit flavors, ending sweet and clean.
Tasting Notes:
Rich and full-bodied. Brandy is added to reach 19% ABV. Pronounced legs. Flavors of fig, caramel, golden raisin, chocolate, and baking spices. Intended to be sipped after a meal. Best served at room temperature.
Food Pairing:
Dark chocolate. Rich chocolate desserts, such as lava cake and German Chocolate cake. Figs, dates, and other dried fruits.
