Our Solera fractional blending system constantly produces a sweet and creamy dessert wine in the style of a sherry that is rich and distinctive.
Tasting Notes:
Sweet caramel flavors. Nutty with butterscotch and toffee notes. Medium brown color. Brandy is added to reach 19% ABV. Intense legs. Intended to be sipped after a meal. Best served at room temperature.
Food Pairings:
Pair with rich caramel desserts, such as blondies, flan, bread pudding, crème brulée, German chocolate cake, and nutty desserts.
