Made with Cayuga White grapes from the best New York State has to offer and natural peach flavor, this sweet wine presents with a nose-filling aroma of peach, reminiscent of preserved peaches or candy store peach rings, and intense peach flavor and sweetness. It is our sweetest fruit wine and pairs well with vanilla ice cream, cheesecake, soft cheeses and is a great addition to iced tea.
Winemaker’s Notes
We take great pride in fermenting our fruit wine long and slowly at low temperature, with as little fining as possible in order to amplify and preserve the natural flavors. We arrest fermentation in order to keep the natural fructose, and then add sucrose which aids in the fermentation process and maximizes the preservation of the natural sugars for an intense fruity flavor.
