This estate bottled white of Indiana’s state grape has a classic spicy aroma with lively acidity and a lingering finish.
Tasting Notes:
Intensely floral, light. Aromas of rose petals, jasmine leaves, and green grapes. Flavors reminiscent of stone fruits. Moderate acidity. Lingering finish, slightly spicy (clove and cinnamon). Best served chilled.
Food Pairings:
Pairs very well with spicy Asian food: Thai, Indian, Szechuan Chinese. Excellent with Thanksgiving fare, such as roasted pork and turkey.
