Description:
(Bell-uh Vee-stuh) This semi-sweet white wine compares well to a Riesling, offering notes of green apple, pineapple and honeysuckle on the nose. Slightly spicy before the finish with flavors of peach and apricot.
Tasting Notes:
Light in color. Notes of pineapple, lemon, and honeysuckle. Flavors of peach, starfruit, and a bit of clove, finishing on a slightly spicy note. Best served chilled.
Food Pairing:
Apple desserts, soft cheeses, and fresh fruit. Pairs well with sweet Asian pork dishes, roasted duck, shellfish and poached white fish.
