Description:
(El-uh-gahn-zuh) This sparkling wine is a semi-sweet white wine with notes of green apple, pineapple, and honeysuckle on the nose. Slightly spicy before the finish with flavors of peach and apricot. Sparkling version of Bella Vista. Must be served cold.
Tasting Notes:
Light with notes of apple and citrus. Pronounced aromas of Granny Smith apple, some pear and orange peel influence as well.
Food Pairings:
Apple tarts, apple pie, fresh fruit, biscotti, desserts with a citrus component. Good for Mimosas and a great champagne substitute.
