Tasting Notes:
Rich red fruit character. Off-dry, light in body. Moderately high acidity. Drinks like a red blend, although slightly sweeter. Cherry and vanilla dominate, hints of strawberry and raspberry. Briefly oak aged. Best served at room temperature.
Food Pairing:
Pastas and pizzas, dishes with tomato sauces. Pork with sweet sauce and BBQ.
